I know how you feel because I was in your shoes in 2018
I quit my elementary teaching job and started a makeup business from a hobby that I had experience in but only to myself.
Up until then I dabbled in makeup and I mostly did special effects. But I knew in order to be profitable I had to do the one thing I didn't really know how to do, natural glam makeup.
I turned to YouTube videos to teach me but I was turned off by the unrealistic dramatic tutorials taught by people who have never been in the industry. So I taught myself how to do natural makeup that looked good in person and on-camera.
In 2019 I started working in commercials, film, TV, bridal, and photoshoots

How long is this course?
This course is designed to be a 6 week program. However, the true length of the program depends on how fast you go and your prior experience.
Is it live or pre-recorded?
Both! The modules are pre-recorded for your convenience. We know you have a busy schedule so we've created a self-paced course for that reason. The coaching calls and guest speakers however, are live via ZOOM. You will receive a replay of any live classes!
Will I learn how to get more clients?
Yes! We are dedicated to not only teaching you how to do amazing makeup, but also where and how to find clients for your business.
Do I need a cosmetology license to do makeup?
It varies in each state so make sure to check accordingly. However, most states let people freelance in makeup without a license. (If you are a local Texas student, you do not need a license.)
Will makeup be included?
Due to the low price of the program and payment plans, makeup will only be provided if paid in full. The kits vary as our partners send different products. Instead of offering an entire kit full of products that are chalky and not of great value (as most schools do) we provide a smaller kit of products that are of higher quality and sold in Ulta and Sephora.
Where are the modules located?
Everything is located within an app created by Wix. You will gain access to your modules, live classes, guides, and be able to ask questions via the app.
